Howdy friends!<\/p>\n

This didn’t feel like a short week to me, did it for you?\u00a0 Our weekend was chock full of activity, so I think I was still in recovery mode when the work week started.\u00a0 Looking forward to the weekend for sure!<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 I started off my week with a pedicure and while I was relaxing met a fellow blogger, Terri from the Parmesan Princess<\/a>.\u00a0We are both relatively new to the blogging world, so it was great to meet someone to bounce ideas and problems against. \u00a0Go check out her blog for some new recipes and foodie posts!\u00a0 I then spent some time at my happy place!\u00a0 PS, People really stare at you when you take iPhone pics of HomeGoods<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 My awesome husband installed a new railing system on our deck all by himself this weekend!\u00a0 It looks great and is a vast improvement over our previous railing.\u00a0\u00a0It was a ton of work, but very worth it!\u00a0 Easy for me to say since I mainly acted as spotter and cheerleader!\u00a0 Once the weather breaks again, I will post some before and afters.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 I temporarily lost my engagement ring! Definitely wasn’t a good thing at the time, but all turned out okay and it was found.\u00a0 I was amazed at how calm my husband remained through out the whole ordeal, though I think exhaustion from the weekend full of outside work may have had something to do with it! Heh, heh!<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 I did some work on my closet and have\u00a0a ridiculous amount of\u00a0clothing and shoes ready to leave my house either via the consignment store or donation.\u00a0 It’s\u00a0crazy I have accumulated that much, but it’s a work in progress.\u00a0 I am trying to bring in quality over quantity, but again, it’s\u00a0 definitely a work in progress!\u00a0 I for sure struggle with shopping, but I am working on it and that’s the best you can do sometimes!\u00a0 I do love when the closet is organized though!<\/p>\n

5.\u00a0 I finally was able to hang my DIY patriotic deco mesh wreath for the holiday!\u00a0 These are actually really easy to do and there are tons of tutorials on Pinterest and the web.\u00a0 I bought my supplies at Hobby Lobby.<\/p>\n
