I love to get pedicures and really prefer someone else does them.\u00a0 I just feel like they do a much better job buffing and polishing than I ever do.\u00a0 I was due for one last week, but unfortunately I had some blisters from all my traveling lately.\u00a0 The one thing I don’t want to do, is catch some kind of flesh eating disease from a pedicure (no offense pedicure people!).\u00a0 I’m just one of those people it would happen to, trust me!<\/p>\n

So I had a problem, I wanted (and needed to due to my blisters) wear open toed shoes this week, but I desperately needed my feet buffed.\u00a0 I had heard good things from\u00a0 a couple friends about the at home buffers, so I decided to try one.<\/p>\n

I set out looking for a different one, but ended up buying the Amope Pedi Perfect.\u00a0 It comes with batteries, and a roll of a sand paper type buffer.\u00a0\u00a0(You can buy refills of the paper too) \u00a0Once you turn it on, it rotates to buff off any dead skin.\u00a0 The handle is pretty sturdy and it is very easy to use.\u00a0 I was a tinge nervous that it might burn off too much skin as sometimes happens with an inexperienced technician.\u00a0 Have you ever had someone buff off too much and you can’t walk the next day? Yikers! \u00a0The motor is set to turn off if you press too hard on your skin, so that isn’t supposed to happen according to the instructions.<\/p>\n

How did it go?<\/p>\n

It went pretty great, it definitely buffed my feet.\u00a0 I’ve been using it about once a week and I moisturize right after.\u00a0It takes ten minutes max to do both feet thoroughly.\u00a0\u00a0And best of all, it didn’t buff off too much skin.\u00a0 I plan to continue using it and I actually think it’s going to make me schedule far less pedicures, especially in the winter.\u00a0 It definitely pays for itself with one less pedicure.\u00a0 I give it two thumbs up!\u00a0 Any questions, leave me a comment.<\/p>\n
