Traditional charcuterie boards usually consist of meats and cheeses displayed on a cutting board. They are great for parties and make a really impressive display. I saw a few done with candy and I absolutely love this idea. I think we need to make candy charcuterie boards a thing for sure!! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Halloween candy board below would be really easy to duplicate. Start with a cutting board, can be wood, marble, whatever you have on hand. If you don’t have one, Home Goods, Marshalls, Target, Amazon, all have multiple versions to pick from. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now on to the fun part, the candy. I’d start with the following for a fun Halloween version. Candy corn, candy pumpkins, black licorce, Halloween m & m’s, gummy frogs, gummy bug tape (so gross looking-kids love it!), and wax lips and teeth. Add in a skeleton hand and a rubber rat or bugs like the image below and you are set!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The possibilities for Candy Charcuterie Boards are endless. Birthday parties, showers, Valentine’s Day, Easter and of course, Christmas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I found the one above on Instagram and it gives me tons of ideas. It’s a great way to use all those cute little bowls you pick up in HomeGoods (just me?) to display all the red and green candy your heart desires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are more a buy than create person, bonbonconnexion.com sells candy platters ready to ship. They also sell candy shish kabobs that are genius! I don’t know why I haven’t thought to make them from jelly candies before this. Adding to my crafty to do list immediately!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cookie and Candy Board<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The one above is an elevated version of your typical Christmas cookie plate and so easy to duplicate. I think those are holiday Oreos mixed in with some Trader Joe’s holiday cookies, wrapped Andes candies, plus some homemade or bakeshop gingerbread-ish cookies. Definitely copying this one for Christmas! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
